In the sims you can only have a household of 8 sims, so this build would unfortunately be a bit weird and unusable for actual players without a mod. But a Japanese home would be nice!

One question how can you place the object so close to each other?

If your on PC you type in the cheats bar (ctrl+shift+c) and type bb.moveobjects on. Then select your item and hold alt. However if your on ps4 you hold l1 l2 r1 r2 all at once and then press R2 until "free placement " is on. Hope it helps😊

I wish the lots were a bit longer so you could have a backyard, and front yard. I feel like all lots but one are that way. Only giving you the space to make a side yard. I think the reason people don't like the fridge and stove is because they are such a specific style that doesn't match any of the counters in the game. That's why I don't like them, anyway. If we had gotten a matching counter it would be my favorite new kitchen set. The team could have very easily scrapped the modern furniture and given us matching craftsman style objects. I feel like the modern stuff could have been in a kit instead.
