This is just so gorgeous!! The only suggestion I would make (and this is just my preference, I don’t know if anyone else feels the same), would be to use the platform tool to move the interior of the garage to the same level of the exterior. It would add to the realism ❤️

I think it’s really interesting the way you build. You always start by the front façade! You’re the only simmer I’ve seen build like that.

Just remember to turn it off after you're done otherwise you cannot delete anything :)

love the build !! btw better build buy has a deletion protection feature that prevents that bug from deleting items when placing walls, i usually build with that setting on n turn it off when i need to delete something

I would love it if you did a suburban house for a family of 5 that had just moved in because they could finally afford a house of their own. 2 older girls and a boy, a mom and dad. The older girls could have a room each at last. Both the girls are young adults (the middle one just became one) and the boy a teenage boy around 15. I always see builds for (of course) younger kids but nowadays young adults tend to live with their parents until they have stability, so I would love to see something like that. For the older girls room something boho and to do with music 🎵 and a lot of room for the clothes 👗 the middle girl a bit messy, chic room with a big mirror and a lot of stuffed animals and the teenage boy a room with a lot of anime and games stuff, a PC and a console because he's a gamer, maybe even a streamer. And the parents something really clean and simple, big room with a bathroom just for them a maybe a balcony. A small backyard as well. That would be my dream 😍 I guess because that's my family 😂 I tried to build it myself in the Sims but it doesn't even come close to being as good as what you would do. I LOVE YOUR BUILDS BTW, been watching every single one of your videos and I have that warehouse club on my game that you made.

My sim is currently living in your grandma cottage, which fits her well because she kinda reminds me of a grandma even though she's an young adult. I would love to see that style of build with the orjanic set in conjunction with the packs that we have (I have them all as well)

How funny every time I see this truck it reminds me of my hubby's truck.. lol!! I would love to see you build a ranch style 1 story 3 bed 2 bath home with a garage fenced in back yard for dog One bedroom will be a craft room the other a guest room the kitchen I would love to see as an open area to family room. I love this building, so much and I am always looking forward to your videos. Would be so cool if you would build a family house for a huge witch family in glimmerbrook in for your save file, or maybe something for the Charm family.... because it is Spooky season soon 😊👻 an idea for the witch family maybe one parent is a normal sim and the other parent is a spellcaster, they have atleast a pair of twins / siblings and one of them is a spellcaster while the other isnt and there is some sort of a rivalry between them because of that.

I would love to see you do a one story tiny house 64 with a really big cow and chicken farm and a garden, and a grand patio area. :) Maybe the Sim loves to spend more time outside and less in the house. The Sim also loves to cook so she has an amazing kitchen but her living, dinning and bedroom are smaller.

I love this. I haven't played in a minute.. I got on the other day, and its saying I didn't buy the industrial living pack, I literally bought it like 5 minutes after it came out. Now every build that has anything like that in it, no longer does. I upload a lot on the gallery. And I'm assuming those builds will be missing those things now. So I'm irritated. Lol. I am NOT buying it again 5 dollars or not.
