Simon Allford: Reflecting on 600+ days as RIBA President

During his penultimate month in office, RIBA President (2021-2023) Simon Allford reflected on his two-year term and his hopes for the institute and the profession.
Simon touched on the key achievements in his term of office, including laying firm foundations for the House of Architecture - an ambitious programme that will reinforce RIBA as an outward-looking cultural institution and a forum where important ideas - such as the design of our low carbon future - are developed and shared.
This is a recording from Simon Allford’s ‘600+ Days event', held at RIBA's headquarters at 66 Portland Place on 5 July 2023. Over 200 RIBA Members and friends were in attendance to hear from Simon and explore the building, exhibitions and collections.
