Thank you for this Video. I'm an Osteopath from Germany and what you say about sucking you stomach in - the negative impact it has on the abdominal and pelvic organs - and also what you say about a good way to breathe (breathing just as much as you need) is what we learn here. As you say, most therapists don't know this and teach very contradictory things. I've been wondering, how this is taught in yoga and it feels good, hearing you confirm this. It is good to know, that there are other pracitces also thinking in the same direction.

this guy telling real thing. Slow breathing helped me attack anxiety and low self-esteem and made me bold and patient. Breath less that one cycle a minute for appr one hour or more
@cinmac36 жыл бұрын
Are you saying one minute for one full breath.?

Will like to work with you Simon. 1 1/2 year of consistent practice and almost a year of teaching at several workout gyms. Consider myself an ''amature" but with a desire to help people heal themselves with Yoga techniques. A natural at understanding yoga and the body. You have a wealth of knowledge and wisdom that I don't see any where else.

I have seen so many vidoes on Yoga and breath but not one seems to be grateful for the source which is Hinduism which is ironic because entire Hinduism is based on gratitude for everything. So sad.

is that breathing less or BREATHING SLOW
@sethbustamante21185 жыл бұрын
Less... shallow nose breathing basically
@dioricergy6931 Жыл бұрын
I believe he mean less volume of air per minute. To achieve it, the breath should be slow. I think it works best to do deep inhalation and full exhalation very slowly, to build up the co2
@yogastefАй бұрын
breathing slow is the best way to breathe less as @dioricergy6931 says, many methods, a consistent awareness helps

I'd liķe to see if it would be possible to endure crucifixion through this breathing technique. I believe Jesus was using this to fake his death long enough until Joseph and nicodemus were able to treat his wounds with aloe's. Then 8 days later after fully recovering escaped to the Kashmir mountains and lived the rest of his life under the name of Isa.
@cinmac36 жыл бұрын
Shelton Thompson interesting how did you become aware of this, Shelton.
@johnbland15855 жыл бұрын
What's wrong with you? The Romans broke Jesys's legs which h us a common practice to make you die faster when crucified and pierced his liver with a spear. The spear wound itself is enough to cause death within minutes due to blood loss. Your theory is wrong. He could not have survived those wounds longer than a half an hour The Romans we're masters if Death.

So this basically negates the Wim Hof method that is popular at the moment.
@JesseJames-yz3zz6 жыл бұрын
imalamboman12 wim hof method is primarily holding your breathe or holding no breathe and preforming physically strenuous exercises. This guy goes more in depth but it appears they have similar suggestions.
@imalamboman126 жыл бұрын
Jesse James there is holding the breathe but there is also hyperventilating. It is basically a cycle of controlled voluntary hyperventilation and holding the breathe, and physical excercises and stretches like you said.
@yappydabbad93232 жыл бұрын
When i hyperventilate I get very anxious and my body and chest gets tight and need to slow the breath down and allow the co2 to build back up before i can relax again.
