Reminds me of a fusion between Survivor ("Is This Love") and Phil Collins featuring Philip Bailey ("Easy Lover"). They are much better-known, but all three are very talented nonetheless. Is this Byrne's only album? What comes up on Wikipedia is of no match, much less relevant (British police officer, and the fighter).
