The girls were not really flat. Trust me. If anything they could use a little vocal help, but other than the yelling it was fine. It didn't sound perfect because they had only 24 hours to practice. Which is a lot of time for vocalists. I do choir and I'm apart of a small band, the pressure is on with one month to learn and rehearse, let only a day. They need help, but they weren't nearly as bad as you make them out to seem.

Brinsley C I am aware. however that only works if every girl in the group knows what they are doing. As a vocalist, you need to work with and not against your partners. Their performance was pitchy at parts, fell short at others and they all seemed out of breath at one point or another. 6..13..hell 40 people CAN work, but only if everyone knows what their doing, knows what part they play. But most young and pretty girls think just because they can kinda sing, they can start a girl group and get instant success and fame. If these girl had lessons and really trained their voices, worked together and focused on their brand, then yeah I could see it working. But right now, I don't :/

Personally, I don't think she had the best voice, I am torn between Lauren and Normani. I just think Camila's voice was very different and went very well with Dinah, Ally, Normani, and Lauren. But even though she left, I think that the others are still doing a very great job, and Camila by herself, but they went together better when they were in a band.
