Hi, Raphael, I hope I spelled it right. I really enjoy your content. Definitely in top 2 electrical KZbin channels in the USA. Electrical code coach from Tennesse is good also.

Thanks Simon, for explaining the shunt trip theory. The commercial kitchen fire and suppression system wiring confuses me

No safety vest, no safety gloves, no safety helmet, no safety glasses, and probably no safety shoes.

Probably not going to get hit by a bus working inside a building or a pot of marinara falling on his head. If I lived in his area, I'd apply for a job. Common sense application of safety is more cost effective than impediment of your work. 😂

They can also incriminate you if you make mistakes or totally screw up :P In my opinion some trades should require body cams, just like law enforcement - it's a good tool this way you know which electrician to blame who was too lazy to install grounds and instead bound grounding wires to neutral, or just replaced a 2 prong receptacle with a 3 prong but no damn ground LOL, yep it does happen OR the electrician that upgraded all 15A breakers with 20A, on 14 gauge wires 😂

You really should be dressed in the proper PPE. I have seen too many panels or accidents happen. You are an excellent electrician, and I don’t want you hurt. Stay safe

Do electricians have to pull local permits to do repair work?
@Simonelectricfl27 күн бұрын
This repair would not require a permit.

Would it ever be appropriate to move just leg A of the lighting circuit to the AC breaker until their are less people there when the lights go out for a bit to actually switch the breakers?
@Simonelectricfl27 күн бұрын
That would not be a good option.
