He rotates a lot because of majorly injuries. But we know his two CB starts, gross starts, mitoma starts, his fullback if fit are guaranteed too. He only chops and changes his midfield and strikers. (Minus gross)

Graham Potter had never managed a big team. De Zerbi has at Shaktar which is a big club in the champions league...completely different also Potter had loads of players thrown at him and Pochettino isn't doing that much better at Chelsea is he? Its the owners which are the issue at Chelsea.

Way too soon for De Zerbi. He’s barely started at Brighton and needs to stay and become established. Potter and Lampard are just two examples of glory hunting managers who failed miserably at big clubs and rightly so.

De Zerbi was at Shaktar which is a big club....He has also shown his skills at Sassuolo. Arteta went straight to Arsenal etc and De Zerbi has shown at three clubs now he can improve them a lot and get the best out of the players. That is more than enough for him to get a big job. The issue for me is the recruitment he has done at Brighton in the summer has been awful. Brighton have been like Southampton for so long and found gems but it looks like that could be unravelling soon. I was shocked Brighton didn't get Boniface because usually they trial players out at Union SG before bringing them to the premier league.

De Zerbi wanted Trossard to display a lot more intensity at training and Trossard just wanted to be a cool impact player, so threw his toys out the pram. Bloom must have respected De Zerbi's position and was comfortable with Arsenal getting him at a bargain price even allowing for the fact his contract only had a year or so left. Personally, I feel that De Zerbi erred and should have used a different man-management approach to keep Trossard fully engaged in the team ethic.
