I'm so glad I got introduced to Simon's content right before ever playing myself. The people I played with always preach to throw low and straight but sometimes I see lines that are super wide and high. I would never have tried the high hizer lines if I didn't see Simon get so creative with his lines.

I can't figure out of he's bored or he's just so right brain dominant that he throws those lines. He has absolute confidence in his skill, but he makes easy lines really complicated. Wish I was him on his worst day though.

he's actually been throwing less crazy shots this year, altho he still has his share, like the back of the teepad in Portland in this video. I think the video he did w/McBeth where they picked lines for each other has influenced his decisions, along w/the elbow recovery.

He just made the green which is way up on that hill to the right of the Tee box. Most people have trouble getting to it in two throws. Making it from the box was before he did it assumed impossible
