Thank you for this great message from Simon. he is so inspiring, and thank you so so much for not putting any distracting background music on like the majority of other motivation channnels, which is so distracting that I have to turn it off. So I am really grateful that you provide this content "untainted"❤

These “leadership” rules apply to more than the business world. As a 7th grade Math teacher in Texas, we’re playing an “infinite” game with a “finite” goal: 100% of children improve on every test. It’s a struggle to maintain #1 every day, especially when children are being pushed to their limit every day by teachers who have sympathy. They and teachers are human; there has to be periodic stretch and refresh. 🤪 Oh, btw, whether you meet the goal or not, the bar will be raised every year! Teachers who are responsible for unreasonable STAAR results are burned out...the best and passionate teachers leave the classroom. The children of our future are the losers.

So True. Often, Managers are pressured and treated as expendable by Upper Management (who only fight for ever increasing Profit Margins to drive up Shares and profits), which then pressures Managers to lay that same pressure and fear onto the workers below.

I would consider what you hear at church (spiritually) as being similar to what you'd hear in school (educationally). It's all very watered down, and small-pilled to grow numbers/pass tests. Much like looking for seminars like this online, I've found that the only semi-decent sermons I've heard in my entire life have been found by searching online. Established schools, churches, etc. seem to have become a neutered version of what they use to be; hardly places for learning.

If some essential thing of human being, maybe virtue, replace the money, that will be happen. That need a great revolution. Otherwise, lots of people, lots of company, don't care about anything except the money of tommorrow, or next year. Even they know it is wrong because the relationship is too short to engage.

Sprint does not follow this. In fact, Sprint does the complete opposite of Simon describes here. Even if you try to do what is right, the only ones who are rewarded are the sycophants to pander to upper management and stroke their ego's. Its interesting the way Simon talks about company mergers at the end of this. Because Sprint just merged with T-Mobile.

The only thing that doesn't make sense is that you said Apple's focus on making their products better will if that's the case then why have they constantly made iPhones that haven't become any better and are still stuck at a 8 megapixel camera and are charging you twice the price and giving you less for your money. I agree Apple does make quality products but if you think that they're actually trying to make themselves better that's not the way it works trust they don't care about that they care about making you pay double for Less. If that was true that I would have been able to get an iPhone x that was just as good as the Galaxy S8 or even better for less of the price
