Wasn't crazy about the interviewer from the 1st question on but there is still value to be gained from Simon's answers to his questions.

It was worth watching the interview, because most people think like the interviewer and it was great to hear Simon's responses.

I love Simon´s footwork during the interview. A comment below (scroll down) says "Simon was nervous and shocking his legs when he was answering ha ha ha." No he wasn´t. He was speaking with his whole body.

It's like Simon is teaching a kid (the interviewer) how to live a life

Value based decisions: Building Enduring, Stable and Durable systems where the cause is bigger and will outlast. Using intangibles ; love, vision and the standards holding the team. Thank you for a great talk.

A beautiful talk. Giving an example of what's the difference between finite and infinite game, with the interviewer trying to put forward his bunch of prepared questions and Simon trying to make people (like the interviewer) understand the similar difference.

I think you guys should have not criticized the interviewer, what he did seems like a debate with some different viewpoints. His purpose might be to help other people understand Simon's ideas more clearly and deeply.

I know that this comment is not related to the topic of the video, but boy I got distracted by his charisma and caught myself having to click to replay what he said. I mean, Simon Sinek is freaking hot!

I loved also the Q&A part. The interviewer role isn't supposed to be a fan-boy, but to put some 'schtick' to him. Sinek has a great vision, and I found the interviewer gave him some examples or business situations that seem to be incompatible with the execution of Sinek's ideas. I have worked for a company that had a C-suite session with Simon, but without the following up with the 'how' and 'what', the execution it still is out of balance, and people don't feel safe. And any idea should be challenged to see if it stands up to scrutiny. (I still have to find an interview where Simon's ideas are being put on the spot and shot at) And after seeing this vid I can say I still believe Simon's ideas do, yet now I have more insights on why companies display certain resistance against (this) change.

@ 28 minutes, Simon just finishes discussing how you have to make decision based on your values first. Interviewer follows up with a question about 'How can leaders make decisions that get ahead of the curve'.

This journalist got served! Simon ate him for lunch with simply being honest to what he believes in. He asked provocative, arrogant questions, and got what he deserved. Simon for the WIN!
