Such simple chord progression but this theme was definitely one of the standouts from the great soundtrack. I just beat the game 2 days ago (after picking it up on sale from GOG.com about a month ago). Some of the puzzles in this game are so obtuse and there was maybe too much pixel hunting (stupid pebbles), but one thing that never annoyed me was the music. Like the "Monkey Island" series, the music fit every scene so well and had a pleasant calmness about it that is very easy listening.

DonMagnus1337 : Wasn't the Castle only in STS 2? In STS 1, you meet Sordid in the Fiery Pits, methinks.

I played the Amiga version not too long ago: I enjoyed it, but some tracks where missing (like the one on the map screen)
