Cheating Call of Duty Streamers Threats to SUE Activision

Warzone, Black Ops 6 and MW3 Call of Duty streamers are talking about taking Activision to court over what they claim are false bans! Call of Duty has a serious and complexed cheating problem on PC as well as the PS5 and Xbox Consoles too. SBMM and EOMM may be to blame but Call of Duty needs to sort this out and be transparent when high profile streamers are caught cheating. Call of Duty Black Ops 6 needs to be released without all the cheating problems we see currently in MW3 and Warzone.

I feel like the term nerd has turned into something else entirely. I'm a "nerd", I run rawaccel, I have spent hours and hours and hours aim training and perfecting my mouse sensitivity curve and using every analytic measure to optimize my LEGIT skills and peripherals to be the best player I can be. That's what a nerd does, whatever this you're talking about is MOPs and casuals trying to force their way to the front and top of the online gaming community while cheating. These are the people 15 years ago who would call people "nerds" for playing video games to begin with. All these gen-z gen-alpha terminology wankery is getting to be too much. But yeah, tired of aimbotters and ESP users, and if any major game company is using them to inflate the value and prominence of their product, then that game company should go bankrupt. The f'ed up thing about this whole issue is that AI monitoring of flagged players is absolutely possible and I don't mean 10 years from now, we have this technology TODAY, all we need to do is create a framework and train the AI on the things that cheaters do. AI monitoring of client-side behavior in online games cannot be avoided, it's the silver bullet to killing DMA cheats forever.

Idk I paid for the game and I get shadowbanned on all my alt accounts I paid for it for. I always get unshadowed on them after the review and due to it I’ve lost around 100 days playing this year. And before anyone comes telling me stop cheating blah blah , I have a main account I’ve played for on years. Never been shadowbanned and I drop 20+ regularly. Clearly cod has a flawed system and it’s negligent if they are taking you out the game for that long due to other players reports and they aren’t actually doing any checks...

I have seen him play with and without cheating, no way he plays legit. A pro player today can't play without cheating, i don't believe otherwise. i'm a 2 - 2,4kd player and never once have i dropped a nuke, got one in Infected in MW 2019, and this dude has 300 + nukes? sue a corporation as Activision? good luck..

Fun fact: Bobby is struggling to string 2 kills and not finish before the first circle ends. Nuke is a long way away right now since he panicked and swapped PCs. He had a 4090 the day he got banned, and on the next stream, he used an alt account, but had a 3090 in it, whilst claiming he was using the same PC. I smell a rat, and it aiint those rat pedals under his desk I smell.

He had to pay someone to level up his guns because getting weapon XP on shipment is quite difficult. You literally have to grind like 8 hours a day and Bobby cannot waste his whole day playing video games you know! He has a full time serious job, and its hard to play with no thumbs. So please support Bobby the cheater by buying one of his scarves which are signed personally by Bobby (or just printed at the factory, but same thing right?). The scarves are only $150 a piece and all proceeds go to upgrading the rat pedals and aimbot subscription for those sweet high kill games.

In my opinion he doesnt have any legal options. They banned his account because someone was cheating on his account. Even if he had someone else on his account and they cheated its still his responsibility. I could be wrong but I never heard activision call him a cheater. Also in order to sue for defamation you have to have proof that Activision knew he wasnt cheating and said he was anyways. Even if they did say it its not defamation. Activision has lawyers they dont just do this shit on a whim. Theres checks and balances they have to legally cover their ass too. I know it might not be the popular opinion but I totally understand where Activision is coming from with this. He fucked up.

Dunno doc does struggle but at times I think he's toggling on and off, he has nearly 5 million subscribers so blatant cheating isn't an option, who could play fps these days without cheating? Where did this come from? It’s 100% not against the rules to share accounts. I let my mates use my accounts for stuff like ranked as I have plenty and as I live in the EU even if Eula says I can’t , legally I’m allowed to do so.. (But on cod Eula also doesn’t state this it just says if you share accounts and someone is found cheating it’s the owners fault)

To clarify on the foot pedals assuming it’s true. It’s not the foot pedals that will get a person banned it’s the software or driver used in conjunction that probably was what he used to game the system. Could also be custom foot pedals that have onboard memory so they wouldn’t show up in a PC check unless any stored profiles were scanned on anything using the foot pedals device software. More then likely it’s a certain brand that was modded to do this very thing and was detected by the devices hardware ID which is specific to each device Windows uses. Guy thought he was so smart but ended up outsmarting himself here, oh well so sad another one down.

That's because there was a lot of cheating most players just don't remember it but those days were WAY worse then what goes on now adays. When I was doing vids on YT on PS3 I had tons of vids busting modders. Not to mention boosters. It was easy catching the cheaters because there were so many on the older cods. Writing this even remebered the lag switchers. I guy I knew would unplug his xbox when he was doing bad to keep his win/loss. He would do shit latter when his rapid fire controller broke too.

If you were hosting a match you pretty much had complete control over EVERYTHING!!! Like I said back in the day hackers were WAY worse. They could demote, promote, freeze your lobby hell freeze your game even. My point is now aday does suck it's annoying with how easy it is for PC players. Legit just pay like 5 bucks and back you've got "cheats" but it's only like wall hacks and Aim Bot. NO name mods no crazy moon jump inft ammo or anything. Pretty much nothing cool that made modding in old cod games.. not okay but bareable for certain players now it's just crap 🙄😐. I'm not trying to praise them for back in the day but I think everyone that has played CoD back in those days understands what I mean. It was more fun busting them or whatever due to the fact you weren't dealing with some stupid kid who just bought a dumb menu they were actual people who knew what they were doing. Your video has dropped right at the time I'm having a dilemma. I've been using a PS5 this week and may sell my PC. Playing cod on it is so much better than PC. I played Dead Space on it and my brain was expecting the stuttering i experience on my PC. Nothing, incredible experience. With Nvidia about to shaft everyone again, I think I'm done. they know why they have banned him for , it got nothing to do with the foot pedal , and yes he could take them to court but it will also prove on activision part the proof that was needed to ban him. His other excuse was he got someone to level up the weapons on his accounts now if they used cheats while on his account , it not just recognise that the cheat was used but also it would have the ip and serial number of the motherboard being used . so if they banned him for that reason that a cheat was used on his account ,they would know if it was on his own equipment or someone elses . he saying he has not cheated if he goes to court and they have all the proof they need than he would lose big time andpay for the costs as like many companies do they string along to make the costs bigger and it going to hurt him bad so he will lose either way .

technically what is called bob is damage to image, it is damage that can be done to a brand or a public figure. This could be counterproductive for Bob because if Activision establishes with evidence and facts that Bob used a specific program, the case could also be overturned and therefore Activision sues Bob. What I see from this bob's statements is all a way to cover himself with his followers, he says things against Activision because he has to defend his shitty backyard, but in reality he doesn't do it because going to court with Activision costs you at least 4 times more what bob earns per month so bob would go back to being a do-nothing in an instant. Arrogant streamers who over the years Activision has allowed too much. If I were Activision, given that I won a lawsuit against a company that does cheats, I would also sue the people who use cheats and stream with cheats, I'm sure that Activision would earn and win thanks to the previous lawsuit and would earn millions of euros, given that most of the millions of euros earned by streamers are thanks to warzone. I hope that Bob sues Activision and I'm going to follow him if he does, Activision deserves it for how he treated the community by defending for more years people like Bob.
