Interesting seeing the methods used on Rainbow - just puzzled as to why you would use 12oz leads (?)...you're not wreck fishing for conger eels! I see in watching other videos that most swims have their "favoured spots" and everyone seems to be dumping the lead due to snags - that's not far off a 1lb of lead per take...bloody hell! Do these weights get cleared out every so often? I suppose it's easy when you're fishing not to think about the previous 100 other anglers that have been incorporating the same methods prior to your arrival - what about the environmental impacts? All these swims and their "hotspots" are fast becoming dumping grounds!

Wouldn't the fish touch the line and spook if it comes straight up vertical off the lead to your bottle?

12oz lead, jesus christ lol. I am not saying it is wrong, it just seemed so extreme and huge to me lol.
