Is surface fishing and zig fishing a worthwhile method when fishing on European lakes? I've never seen anyone using these methods on carping videos.

Proper carp angling where one take makes your year. Could many carp anglers do this type of fishing nowadays? I would say no because today's anglers think they should catch every time they go. One blank and they don't want to return 😂
@SimonCrow9 күн бұрын
Tough trip mate, action on only two days of the 14-day trip, not easy to sit through the heat, mozzies and blanks
@Kingcarparpeggio9 күн бұрын
Perhaps not “ think” they should catch everytime more would like to catch everytime. Not all carp anglers want you to sit about all day drinking tea and smoking cannabis because they’ve got nothing else to do.

@@Cheshire-mopping: No, I just don’t like your condescending attitude to people who want to catch on a regular basis….as if you’re some sort of elite . There’s room for all sorts in fishing but unfortunately for most of us there are always those that try to look down their noses at those they don’t approve of. Good job Simon Crow has got that attitude isn’t it !!!

in my opinion it does not matter what time it is if your inside bivvy keep away if your outside wait fo a nod or a morning before bothering anyone but 6am is a piss take
@DjDolHaus86Ай бұрын
Hell, even if I'd got the biggun in the net and I needed a photographer I'd have my reservations about going into someone I didn't know's swim before 9AM out of basic politeness. I'm not a morning person, I know what it's like, I'll help anyone who needs a hand without too much grumbling but expect death stares if you just want a chat before I've had my second cup of coffee
