However, that does not give one the right to just come back and compete on a level, such as the Olympics, when so many others continued to work their asses off for it and deserved to take that spot on the team. simone hasn’t stopped working, and in the world championships last year, she was the best gymnast there. who in their right mind wouldn’t send the best gymnast in the world to the olympics. also at the 2020 olympics she had the twistees which is a condition where you literally can not tell where you are whilst tumbling. it would’ve been so dangerous for her to compete if she couldn’t tell where in the air she was. you can see in the clips of her performing from the last olympics that when she lands she doesn’t know where she is.

@@CrystalLewis-um7fj has absolutely nothing to do with black or white. And I never said she was a terrible gymnast either. Shes extraordinarily good at what she does. But that doesn't give her the right to leave and let so many people down. Teammates included. Then come back for the biggest competition of them all while others worked their asses off as well to go. It's just not fair to some. I can absolutely get out of a chair, especially while I work 5-6 days a week; 12 hrs on my feet with my own opinions (imagine that). But you keep on you keyboard warrior 😉
