The Dimension is a really good utility/scramble disc if you are a forehand player. Agreed it's useless for any distance if your not simon but it has value

As he came down the fairway on 18 and the crowd was going absolutely nuts, you can see Simon do a subtle "let's take it down a notch" hand motion. In my mind it was all about his card mates and them getting the proper courtesy to finish off the round. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seemed like that was the intent, and coming from him I wouldn't doubt it.

Im a 60 year old multiple sport former athlete - who has spent the last 2 weeks recovering from covid DISCOVERING you and DISC GOLF!!! Im hooked!!! Can an old strong man compete in this sport? Oh my gosh Simon you're the perfect entrance Hero to follow. GOOD LUCK in the World Comps - you can beat those tall skinny guys, the old goat, and others like you did last week! GO BROTHER GO! For me!! Well Im going to go out and buy your bag full of discs, wear all the right gear, and use the right terminology - show up to a corse and challenge the best players to a skins game - even as a complete beginner. But they wont know that until we tee off. So I figure I'll have fun until its game time, then it will be CRAZY FUN - and I'll pay them up front so they'll have fun with me. I'll learn as I GO!!!

One thing that would make this video totally perfect is if you had the chance to put the stats on the disc you show in the bottom right. Two years ago Simon did a video with McBeth where they picked each other's lines, and it would be stupid and unfair to Simon (as he's clearly put an insane amount of work into both his game and his injury recovery) to suggest that video was the reason his following two seasons were so good. But I do think it had an role in his transformation into an elite golfer. Simon's always been able to make jaw-droppingly amazing throws, but he's gotten so good at match play and shot selection that he rarely puts himself in a position to have to do anything crazy. He's learned how to make the game easy on himself. Hole 16 at DGLO was, to me, the moment that the conservative (relative to Simon) McBeth style combined with old Simon's flashy, creative style to create something better and cooler than either style is on its own. It was at least as smart as anything McBeth has ever done on the course, but executed in the most Simon Line™ way possible. Totally fascinating

Its so cool seeing you throw the Defy on forehand. I love 170+ Defy's for forehand and 165 and under for backhands. Dead straight with a beautiful finish unlike any other driver I've thrown, completely different than my Photon's. Keep positive and good things will continue to come to you. 🖤

Have you thrown the servo? I use it for almost all my fairway shots. Very point and shoot, flies 350 for me as an am. I would love to see you crush it! Very torque resistant, flips as much as the crave, but always has some late flight stability

I've been throwing Teslas for a long time. It is my favorite disc that I've ever thrown. I actually carry an older version (before they had flight numbers stamped on it) and a newer version of it in my bag.

Can't believe I missed the Defy, looked at the curve and it looks so much better to me than the Photon, do avoid those dumping fades. Used to throw a Wraith and the numbers on the Defy are exactly the same, long story short, I got a Defy incoming in a day or two.

My noodle arm loves the Wave. Fission for big flex shots and Proton for a reliable finish. Anode, Deflector, Pyro, Hex, Crave & Wave all in my bag. I also throw the Insanity if I need a flippy fairway. The Crave is just a longer mid if I want turn. And then the Photon as my slightly OS driver. I haven't settled on the meat hook driver yet. Nooooooo Cliffhanger!!!! =P Simon you rock! It's funny. I love the Spin disc, as a putter cause it just go straight forward for so long when I put. (But it tends to roll a lot if I hit the rim of the basket or chains and it goes out) But I can't throw with it. not as backhand or forhand, due to the rounded inside of the rim. Do you hold it in a specific way to throw it? I sure can't get a good grip on it in any other way than putting.

I love/hate that Simon bags 10+ disc I had in my bag Before he signed. It increased demand and price of disc. He does a great job of explaining the flights of them. I am currently looking for less popular disc to move to due to the $ of some of them. One disc I thought he liked is the Volt which is a little more glidy than Fireball and .5 less stable.
