Simple 2D Animation with Photoshop CC

A simple method for making 2D animations using Photoshop CC. This includes a way to render the animation into an mp4 file, which can be viewed on both Windows and Mac. Also please note: if you decide to slow down your animation, remember to extend your time line; as I forgot to point that out in the tutorial.
