Thanks for the recipe as mine turned out very well. However to those in a hurry like me, bypass the 1 to 6 hours in the fridge as it didn't make any difference. Will definitely make it again whenever the sea bream is on sale.

Fried whole fish is the best. I love that you've seasoned both the inside and outside of the fish. Yes, extra garlic inside the fish will be more yummy and aromatic...love it! What a great idea to marinade it inside foil, less washing to do haha. The fish turned out so delicious with a nice crisps on the outside while still juicy and tender inside. Coconut oil is so healthy for cooking and adds a bit of a nutty flavor to it. Awesome ASMR of the fish frying. Amazing upload 🤤👍

Made this 04MAY2024, subbed lemon juice for lime, didn't have cilantro but had parslet and added smoked paprika to the rub; faaaaaantastic, definitely gonna add it to my recipe book and will try straight recipe if I have the ingredients.
