Preparation and ingredients
Chicken 1200 gram
Add oil
Fry the chicken well
Soak 1 kg basmati rice in water for 30 minutes
Add oil 150 ml
Chopped onion, ginger and Garlic
Ground spices mix
Brown lightly and add litter water
Add friend chicken
Salt 2 tsp
Ground spices powder 1 tsp
Green chilies 8 to 10 pieces
Cook for 5 minutes
Add 2 liters of water
When the water boils, Add soaked rice
When the water in the rice is 80% dry, add the yellow food color.
Let cook on low heat for 20 minutes....
