3 months ago, I was an absolute monster. Nobody could stop me. I was even being scouted. I would finish in any way I wanted, whenever I wanted but I got patellafemoral pain syndrome. I couldn't play for 2 months cause it was pure pain in my knee. I came back and I had lost my explosiveness and ability to handle contact. This video reminded me that I can finish in other ways that aren't physical. Thanks coach!

@hongpan05075 жыл бұрын
Can you explain why the first move is not a travel? You had both of your hands on the the ball when both of your feet were on the floor. The moment you took another step and your back foot was off the floor when the front foot was still on the floor, it's a travel already, but you took another step, that looked like a lot of traveling. If someone calls me on that, I don't even know how to defend the move. Other moves are the ones I use. They are not travel because you said you pick the ball up, but you always had your hand on the side or on the top of the ball, that means you were controlling the ball without really pick it up. I either carry the ball when both of my feet are off the floor, then take 2 steps, or I carry the ball on the first step when my other foot is off the floor, then take another step to avoid getting called travel. For the cradle layup, if you get the timing right, cradle the ball when both of the feet are off the floor, or cradle the ball on the first step of layup, it wouldn't be a travel move.
