3 months ago, I was an absolute monster. Nobody could stop me. I was even being scouted. I would finish in any way I wanted, whenever I wanted but I got patellafemoral pain syndrome. I couldn't play for 2 months cause it was pure pain in my knee. I came back and I had lost my explosiveness and ability to handle contact. This video reminded me that I can finish in other ways that aren't physical. Thanks coach!

First of all, thank you for the clip. But srsly how do those steps look like travels when they are basic one-two steps? He aint even using gather step. Basically he is showing some variations that are developed from textbook layup steps. The cradle, behind the back, windmill, jelly finishes....those are def new school moves, but the steps by themselves are actually fundamental ones. They are not even travel-looking to me.

Not even trolling, but if you're gonna post a vid make sure it's 💯 before posting. I get that the key is to dribble and step at the same time... Buuut in slow Mo you're not doing that and definitely traveling(not in all of them)
@mrchuckles10225 жыл бұрын
From how I understand it, your "zero" step doesn't count until you pick up the ball (two hands or a carry). In this video even in slo-mo, I didn't see any travels. So he can pound the dribble, take a step, and then pick up the ball (terminating the dribble), now he is allowed two more steps.
@WEFAILEDHUMANITY5 жыл бұрын
@@mrchuckles1022 🤔🤔🤔 so after you pick up the ball you're allowed to take 3 steps to the basket???.. because at 1:20 after he picks up the ball I see 3 clear steps after he plants his back foot.
