In a bowl add 5 T oil Add 2 T heaped ghee/ butter 5 T icing sugar Ellaichi powder Mix well 2 to 3 minutes 1 cup flour add little by little, half 1st, kp aside half Add 2 T suji Add 2 T besan Add remaining flour 1/2 t baking powder If too watery, add flour If too dry, add 1 to 2 t oil Knead well, may feel too dry but by and by u will be able to knead it If oil not needed, don't put immediately If too dry after kneading add oil, Prepare tray to bake cookies Grease thickly if no butter paper Sprinkle flour & spread evenly to avoid burning, dust off extra flour Press & make small balls, flatten, slit slightly to design cookies Preheat steam pot 5 minutes Place tray inside pan carefully to avoid burning hands Cover with a lid & cook on minimum flame for 10 minutes Cek 10 minutes later If looks raw, check with your fingers or a toothpick Add 3 to 4 cooking time Cek again to avoid burning Turn a cookie to see if done Scrape off slightly if base burnt If at 10 minutes it was slightly uncooked, off flame & let remain in pan to cook a little more so will not burn but cook Remove tray from pan & let cool 5 minutes
