Ingredients:
● Chicken legs - 8 pcs
● Onion - 1 piece
● Sweet pepper - 2 pcs
● Tomato - 4 pcs
● Salt, Black pepper, Paprika, Provencal herbs, Sugar
● 3-5 cloves of garlic
● Ghee butter
● Parsley

Delicious. Made it for dinner tonight. I forgot the parsley at the end and simmered it longer than an hour. I cooked pasta to toss in the liquid. The chicken was very tender and moist and falling off the bone. I will make it again! To save time chopping I used frozen diced onion, frozen diced peppers and minced garlic from a jar so I only needed to chop the tomatoes but I am sure diced canned tomatoes would also work!

Superb!! Super lekker! Chicken legs are the cheapest cut of chicken here in Smarkts. I always cook in oven with herb n spices, tomatoes and zucchini. But this is tastier!

You shouldnt put raw chicken on a wooden cutting board. It could make you very sick.

Karen, it's perfectly fine to put chicken on a wooden cutting board so long as you don't reuse it without washing with hot soapy water. Cross contamination is only a thing for people who don't clean as they go. Also, I have two wooden cutting boards, one strictly for meat that is thoroughly washed between uses. This person appears to have some pro chef skills. I'd imagine they know what they're doing.

You should be wearing disposable plastic gloves when handling chicken. Plus the paprika will stain your hands. Very unsanitary.
