Form 10 * 20 cm
Ingredients:
Curd 0-9% - 600 g
Sugar - 50 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Salt - 0.5
Sour cream 15-20% - 100 g
Eggs - 2 pieces (100 g without shell)
Starch (any) or semolina - 30 g
Raisins - 50 g
Preparation
1. Combine cottage cheese of any fat content with salt, vanilla sugar, sugar, eggs, sour cream and starch.
2. Grind everything with a blender to the desired consistency.
3. If desired, add the washed raisins and stir.
4. Line the baking dish with baking paper.
5. Spread out the entire mass and level.
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C on a medium level without convention for 40-50 minutes. Turn off the oven, open the door and leave the casserole for 15 minutes.
7. Remove from the mold and cool slightly. Transfer to a dish and serve with sour cream or berry sauce.
