Diet, sleep, not smoking and drinking too much alcohol, plenty of water to flush out toxins in the body I think would help people with skin issues as well. Great vid

Also, change your pillow case often. Sometime we sweat and build up overtime will cause skin irritation. I also use a different face cloth everyday and my face cloth are separate from my bathing cloth. I use organic Rosewater as a toner and Burt's Bees fragrance free moisturizer. 🙂

I wanted to love the Black Girl Sunscreen, but I had a pretty bad reaction to it. My dermatologist suggested going back to a mineral sunscreen and my skin went back to normal. I'm working on my consistency but I've been using Nivea and Thayers often thanks to your skincare videos and I notice a difference in my skin 🤗

Evening Jennifer! Recently I’ve had professional make up done 3x. In 2021 March - my wedding June - girlfriend’s wedding November - girlfriend’s wedding Aside from those times no. The makeup was okay but it did nothing for me. As a matter of fact when I came home from my make session preparing for our wedding David didn’t like it. I like the no makeup, makeup look but from what I understand it can take longer or is more complicated to do. It’s just one of those girly things I never got into.

Hello Britney! You brought this to my attention. I am speaking of the original, the blue tub. I have been using Nivea since I was a teenager, my mother uses it as well, and she flawless skin. I will say that it is lower on the ingredient list so it is not a main component.
