You are an excellent patient instructor. I finally completed this project but it's only my third project. My biggest problem is centering and using a compass, it's been 50 years since I used one in school. I did my mandala on an unpainted mirror which gives it an interesting look. I see that you use glossy acrylic paints but I can't find them in my dollar stores, I love the shine your paints show so now I need to search online. Your painting is much nicer than mine so I'm gonna keep trying by watching your videos. Thank you for showing us your beautiful skills and teaching us how to do these amazing mandala dot paintings

Hi Lydia, I'm new at Dots, and don't use Resin yet. What would you suggest using as a spray protector on rocks and wood projects like this one today? It’s so beautiful & have lots of heavy body acrylics (dots pens) but drawing circles (making them even) feel would need a compass and been years since used one! Maybe just add thinning medium but dots won’t be even. Lovely & enjoy acrylics.
