Simple French dish made with just 3 ingredients: potatoes, butter and salt! Easy and delicious recipe! Today I am sharing a very tasty recipe for all potato lovers! Pommes Anna is a French dish made with just three simple ingredients: potatoes, butter and salt. I added thyme and Parmesan cheese, but this is optional, it's not necessary. The original recipe consists of only 3 ingredients: potatoes, butter and salt! No matter which method you choose, any cooking method will be delicious! This dish is classic and elegant at the same time. Enjoy Pommes Anna, make it and let me know how you like it. 😍🥰🤗😋
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 kg / 3.3 lb potatoes
6 tbsp butter
Salt
✅ Adding Parmesan cheese and thyme is optional. Classic Pommes Anna seasoned with only butter and salt!
100g Parmesan cheese (optional)
Thyme (optional)
black pepper (optional)

My French great grandmother would put onions in with the potatoes. Absolutely delicious and we still make them her way. She would also put ham in between the layers of potatoes.You can't go wrong with potatoes and butter but try adding the onions, delicious 😋
