great design.but reegarding the toilet and washing machine in one area.not a good idea.what if you got visitors and wants to use the toilet but someone is washing the laundry? perhaps make a wall and a door between them.i guess its ok to pass the washing machine before going to the toilet..also i would prefer switching the place ofthe kitchen and table.the kitchen being in the center of the house for me is not good.iof you cook,the odor of the food you're cooking will spread in the whole house.putting the kitchen near on the side of the house and making a ventilation system will keep your house smelling the foods you cook.another thing.there should be a sliding door in the entrance of the washing area to hide the washing machine.lastly perhaps make a door in the stairs for the toiilet? just to seperate the washing and toilet area.overall i love it.its a great design with a few minor personal minor touches..great job..thank you for sharing this..
