Over the years, how long I don’t recall being 80 I have sometimers, but I do know you have made VERY admirable/ visible progress/ changes in your body. If only I was younger. However you inspire me to keep training at my age when I would rather sit on my ass

I have a home made "strap" I'll try this variations, I specially like the modified lunge, I'm collecting isometrics for the legs, in the beginning I had only a few, now I have a lot 😀. Cheers

I had the iso trainer ,but left it when I left Ukraine. Now I have the iso loop. I miss the handles.

So are there any advantages or disadvantages to using a band platform as opposed to the bare feet to wrap the trap around?

I'd been doing the seated and bent over isometric row for the longest time, but it recently gave me shoulder pain upon strain. And now I'm kinda on a fence about what to actually do. Should I take a short break? Should I switch it up? Is it something of concern? I'd appreciate any advice.

A break might help, but remember that exericse expose problems rather than usuall cause them. Do you feel your lats holding the position more than the shoulder? Often a strain in the shoulder means a lack of engagemtn in the lats

Another great exercise for the lats is the Royal Coil that is promoted by WeckMethod but with an isometric pull and push

And you can still get all that with isometrics. The only differnnce is applying the tension for movement, but at the end of the day it's still just time and tension regardless of the amount of movement.

@@RedDeltaProject I can not afford to buy straps to use for iso exercises but sometimes I incorporate some iso on free weights machines and even body weight exercise but my muscles commands that I should move a little .
