I'll have to try this recipe out! I love making Japanese curry, and while I usually do chicken and sometimes shrimp for the protein, this also looks really delicious!

If you ever find yourself wanting to make some true American food, you could look into Cajun cuisine. It's a very versatile menu that I believe serves as a good representation of the US that isn't just a cheeseburger.

Americans don't have food just like the British it's taken from other countries and changed like evolution belief takes truth and twists it into a cult

Its such a shame S&B roux all uses Palm Oil. I used to love their Katsu Roux but morally I cant use it anymore. However Ive read a lot about how its quite easy to make your own roux so I highly advise checking that out. The Orangutans and Pygmy Elephants will thank you for it!

Awesome video. I wouldn’t put cheese. I like pickled ginger with curry.

Can I use rice vinegar or white vinegar?

Yes! If I use regular vinegar I would add a little bit of sugar too.
