Felt good to record again. I'm shooting for a 2-3 pace per week now. I think that should be maintainable...at least when I'm not travelling.

I know of when you refer. I wonder if I had used that to move forward, how that might have changed the outcome. Might have been able to plan the second pod activation a bit better.

@@roadtrain_ I can affirm that Hisako has indeed avoided injury on a consistent basis, requiring no medbay time. For injuries, that is. She had to be sidelined for nearly a month after Spesh was captured however, in order for her mental health to reach a passable state again.

"Annnd we're ready for our mission here!" That's...88% infiltrated, and they still have some time to finish up. You didn't need to boost the infiltration. At least not at that moment. "[Mark] can get here, without alerting the Viper King." You're assuming that isn't in range of the Vipers it's with. "So that means [Mark] can get here and flame." First of all, I had a feeling one of the Vipers would spot you for the Viper King. Secondly, don't ever take an AoE action when the camera is shaking, such as from a Suppression attack. It caused you to misplace Mark's flamethrower, inflicting no damage at all. "Mike...ehhh, you're used to [injuries] by now." Actually Commander, this is the first time that Mike has incurred an injury that has enforced MedBay time. While he has incurred armour-breaching injuries in the past, these were usually minimal enough for a Specialist - typically Dave - to patch up and avoid him needing to be referred to the MedBay. This is the first time he's been put in there.

I think that I ultimately would have had to boost. Even waiting, I don't think it could have reached 100% infiltration. And with the Viper King, I definitely didn't want to under infiltrate! Yep. I think I lost sight, temporarily, of one of the escort Vipers, and that's what pulled the King in earlier than I wanted. Good point. Shaking cameras combined with my shaking finger clicking and shaking mouse hand, made for a less than perfect result. I found this point shocking! I'm so used to seeing Mike's characters spending time in the various Infirmaries and Med Bays of our different games we play. 😜

@@ZigZagZog You would have. They had 22 hours to finish infiltration, so I believe they had the time they needed to complete infiltration. And then boosting at that point would have further supported the infiltration team at 150% infiltration. It is unclear if that would have made a difference or not, however. Whenever you see part of a pod, you've always got to think about which ones you cannot see, especially if you've already been revealed. All good things must come to an end for Mike I suppose. I suppose it could have been worse, though.

@@HESHRocketWarhead Looks like a total mis-read of the infiltration page on my part. I need to get better. That's tactics 101 in any Long War version. Shame on me. Definitely could have been worse. I thought it was a bit nasty of them to hit him whilst frozen. I guess it was the only way they COULD hit him.

@@ZigZagZog Just be glad the first shot the ADVENT Elite Gunner took missed on a 50% chance. Otherwise, that would've been two consecutive shots that Mike took. Also why the next shot was easier for them, because they were locked on for a 70% shot. Considering how much damage just one hit inflicted, the second could've easily been fatal.
