It’s a great mini farm , soil is rich, people are so rude sometimes😂. I think the art is an elderly local artist . The mini farm needs workers. I am sure the current owners have art degrees and don’t do drugs.

Oh my goodness, I am apologizing already about this comment. I really like seeing your properties but this one is downright scary. Not wanting to hurt anyone's feelings - but is this some sort of commune, because it is really creepy! I've dreamed of moving to Maine, having land and maybe even living off grid - but thinking seriously that I could end up living anywhere in the vicinity of Lord only knows what is going on in this place is a serious caution. These places are secluded and I would sure not want to be miles away from the nearest police station if I had neighbors like this! It just comes across as "cult- like" for some reason. I don't want to insult anyone, but this isn't 'normal' living. I'm not a mean person, and I have many friends I know and respect from all different backgrounds and cultures....but something just doesn't seem right here. I may have to reconsider my dream, maybe move further south. :(

Sure can and remember 2015 new construction home... full basement with perimeter drains, tight metal roof. No way anyone could buy 18 acres of waterfront land on stream that has a pond, two outbuildings, a new house set back from the road for the listing price. No way and everyone who buys a house puts their own stamp on it. Love the cathedral vaulted ceiling living room too! Wood furnace stays too!
