I had the pleasure of meeting Gary Rossington about 2005 when they were in town for a show. He hung out with us for several hours riding around Dallas on motorcycles, eating some Mexican food and drinkin' a little beer. He was a regular guy - friendly, down-to earth, easy to talk to like he didn't even know he was a superstar. Some people are just like that. It was a good time. When we (me & my girl) showed up at the concert at the Starplex, I didn't see my brothers' bikes. I asked the parking lot attendant where the bikes were parked. He looked at me and said "Your group is parked in there." and pointed at the entry gate into the venue. I said "In there?" "Yeah. Just go through that wide gate and you'll see them." I just rode right into the Starplex at Dallas Fair Park. No ticket, no parking fee. My girlfriend couldn't believe it. I put the kickstand down, got off my bike and we were looking at the stage. It was the coolest thing. It's hard to believe he's gone, like so many others. But he sure left alot behind. He'll be remembered for a long time to come.

Hey Richard, thanks for replying! When the hectic life we create gives you an opportunity to take a re-listen to the entire video. You might then see that your comment may be your perception. When one posts a comment with a perception the effects tend to be that others also tend to react instead of respond. As Jelly Roll would say “ the creatures in our closet” react. Another way for me to show this is could have been by asking you…..how did you come to the conclusion that “this is not a Shinedown song” ? However, because of how the comments are structured, in KZbin, it would be difficult for us to have a constructive conversation back-and-forth that could give you (and others) the opportunity to look at your comment after doing research of your own.
