Ryan Now this is the professional way to do a service call. By being. Thorough you prevented someone getting sick or dying from that cracked heat exchanger.

Nice! I love how you said "Trust me, I don't mind, I'll take that service call, but if YOU don't wanna look stupid...." well, you're language was more diplomatic, but I'm a jerk! Keep the vids comin!

I was never trained to check the heat exchanger, but now ill be checking them regularly . Would there be any issues with the system if you leave the gas off?

Nice find, most guys would put the door panel on and leave. Big picture stuff

Nice in the heat exchanger!! But why quote for a contactor in every unit? Surely they’re not all bad

Had a call where they told me it was blowing out bugs and stoped cooling. I was trying to figure out what would cause that the whole way there and couldn’t figure it out. Drove me crazy. Got there. The blower door had fallen off and the coil froze. It all made since then.

Mistake #1; not wearing a seatbelt. It's such a simple thing and prevents you from ending up in a wheelchair when some idiot runs into you.

Yes I agree, I did not have it on while driving around to the back of the plaza after checking in with the store.
