Good day ma. Please can you recommend a skin care routine for me. I have oily and acne prone skin with post acne spots inflammation on my forehead.

For daytime/morning follow these steps 1. Cleanse with Facefacts foaming cleanser(let it sit for about 2 minutes before you wash) 2. Beauty Formulas Niacinamide 3. Facefacts Hydrating face cream (it’s in a white tube) 4. Wear a sunscreen (I am posting a video on sunscreens tomorrow, look out for the video) For night routine,follow these steps 1. Double cleanse (first with an oil based cleanser then the cleanser you used in the morning) 2. A pea sized amount of Adapalene gel) 3. Apply the moisturizer you used in the morning routine

Thank you. Yes, a dry skin person can use everything I use, you can also add hyaluronic acid or snail mucin for added hydration. For your body, you can use a body lotion with urea, ceramides, and or lactic acid.

Thank you. For your body, you can use a body lotion with urea, ceramides, and or lactic acid. Like CeraVe SA Lotion, or Amlatin body lotion
