I've lived with CFS/ME for almost 30 years, and however I feel is "me" for that day - I try not to have expectations and then I am not disappointed with myself on a quiet day, and don't beat myself up. I have a full time job that gives me variety and agency to plan my work to suit me, so that is perfect. Good luck with your journey

I have an elder ragdoll and Echo reminds me of the time when he was still a tiny kitten (we got him before I went to school even) Honestly this lovely to watch other people enjoy their time with their pets on a level you do. It's shame how often people stop caring for their pets when they lose the "shine" of a new pet.

Echo’s behaviour reminds me so much of my own Ragdoll., he’s now being 5 years old but he still sometimes behaves like a little kitten. They really are your little shadow as they do keep following you around the house 🥰

Loved this, Kay! I have been having many issues with debilitating fatigue, muscle pains and other medical issues for quite some time and am finally getting nearer to official diagnosis. Is nice to spend time ( virtually😀) with others who are going through similar situations. Echo is adorable!

This was really nice, the live premiere! :) I'm struggling with fatigue too and noticed a change when I quit eating refined / added sugars about a year ago. I have autism and add, so navigating through daily life will always be exhausting for me. I can't change how I'm wired, but I can change the way I eat.. and support my whole system in that way. It honestly makes a difference. Maybe for you too! :)

You're so right though I do think that a more whole foods based diet is much healthier and must have an impact on energy levels. I'm trying to change things around with my diet at the moment to improve it but your comment has really fuelled me to keep going with my health journey 🙌🏼

Lovely video :) I really enjoy those dull days too. We are having one today (so cosy!) and then spring weather tomorrow: 15 degrees and sun! I cannot quite believe it yet. Feels surreal after we had minus 15 just a week ago. Hope you'll get some of that sunshine over in the UK as well ☀️

Thank you. Where did you find your bedspread/ comforter. I wish I could show you my Sayde she is Echo’s way older sister Sayde is 21 years old and acts like a tired kitten. I have Lupus which brings a variety of auto immune symptoms.

Lovely morning routine 💙 I don't know if I'm the only one here who feels this way, but I'm gravitating more to your videos that don't prominently focus on Echo. He's very cute but I don't have pets or children, so for the same reason that I don't watch mommy routines I don't watch your cat videos. However, you do what is best for you and for your channel! I can see that many here are loving on Echo 💙

I can totally understand that 😊 My channel is about me and my life and although Echo is a big part of my life I have a lot of other interests too! I'm trying to find a good balance of Echo content for those who subscribed when I brought him and simple living, minimalist, healthy lifestyle content etc for those who were here before or found me through other videos of mine.
