Sir yesterday I have purchased your data visualize add-on after all done animation is not playing... Sometimes animation is playing slowly...

Hey, thanks for the purchase! Please raise such issues through the marketplace connect or via email, comments might get lost or overlooked sometimes. Regarding your question, there may be two issues, please check: 1) If you did not bake the flags data and try to run the animation as it is, it will do the baking on the fly which heavily slows down the animation. For first few tests, I suggest not to use the flags at all. Later when everything else looks good, add the flags (re-run with the flags option) and bake the data. Baking your flags may take a lot of time - this is a Blender feature, so our add-on cannot make it faster. 2) Use Eevee for viewport animation. Even if you plan to use Cycles for the final rendering, you should switch over to Eevee while checking the animation in viewport. Cycles can be extremely slow while in viewport.

Cell fracture is available for free and in my oponion its more powerful !

I also hoped so but that's not the case. We cannot dictate the number of cuts in cell fracture and the resulting pieces are all random sized. Of course it has its use in many places, but if you want to create some specific number of regular cuts, cell fracture does not help.
