Actually there are vents at the bottom where the battery sits but I don't know how the air circulates and I don't think so it cools down the portable battery pack and there are no air vents below the seat

You'll find sockets which have an output capacity of 3.3 kilowatt they don't have chargers they have only plug points where you can connect your charger and the Charge scooter and I didn't find the battery getting hot while charging maybe it gets a little warm that's it

using ola from more than a year have nt faced any issues so far never visited service center ,i also had ather which requires service every 5k km dont know why, also i had rat bite issue in ather which they said no warranty or insurance claim can be done and were asking to pay 30k for repair, then said for batteries replacement 85k

If you want a good premium build quality and reliable scooter go with the ather If you want more range then get simple one there are some minor issues with the simple one they are taking feedback from us and improving slowly and simple energy doesn't have any public chargers and service centres also performance is good until the battery reaches 45% after that becomes slow

I don't think its safe , I will not buy it until portable battery heating issue solved. Instead will pick TVS iqube ST (130+km is enough for me in city). Already having Ather 450x Gen2 (works fantastic minor software glitches but no issue till now with performance or range).
