Dear Neena Mataji, please copy the pattern into a simple fabric first as it is and try stitching. If it becomes small then increase the size of A4 paper and then print again if it becomes too big then reduce the size of A4 paper and print. That way you can adjust the size of the pattern according to your Deities.

Haribol dear Ranjana, if you feel sick those days then avoid doing arati for 3-5 days. And do when you feel healthy. If you feel good and if you think that Lord must have arati then you can do it. But the main thing is your regularity and that Lords should always eat some food daily. Offering food you cannot skip even if you skip doing arati. Of course, it is better if we take rest those days, and not touch sacred things. I, for example, don't touch my Deities those days though I offer bhoga.

Like if temple puja room requires brahmanas to serve the Temple deities, then by looking at your kanthimala they may understand you are a brahmana initiated or not. So usually, we don't want to confuse devotees that's why wear 2 rounds before brahmana initiation.
