broo tysm!!! Also, incase this doesnt work. Make sure the boat aligns where it will spawn in the nether, and place the cauldron filled with lava the same place the boat leaves. Im not rlly sure how to rlly explain it but that simple fix made the chunk loader work amazingly for me, and i hope i helped fix your chunk loader(s) :)

Very nice. I assume this version of the loader would even survive a server restart? (I heard Dark's original version may have the minecart drop out of the portal frame after a restart and thus be potentially unreliable in that specific case.)

There is no way, they survive restarts and logging off a single player?

@@jagg94 I mean after reloading it by going there. Dark's original version would get loaded in a way that sometimes gives the cart item enough time to drop outside the portal collision shape (before the overworld side got loaded), causing it to not return and instead despawn.

@@TheRealWormbo xisumavoid made a great design that relies on items, and has a feature in it that automatically restarts the system post-server restart. and since it uses items, you can have a lot more restarts before needing to check on it. I am not 100% sure it will work on paper as I don't know the technical stuff, but it should work fine!

hi i have a problem I did everything to a tee but the boat gets dispensed in item form not showing up as a boat then breaking like in the video. I am in 1.20.4 and I'm not sure if that should happen, thank you in advance.

nah i eventually gave up and we transitioned to forge 1.20.1. we just use the chunk loader from the Create mod now.

@@inn0xi so i found out that it doesnt matter that the boats doesnt get put before tping, it still loads the chunks by throwing the boats as items through the portal. Great to know :))

are you 100% certain that you are using a dispenser and not a dropper ?

@@minlrgo i found out it was cuz i played on purpur server, which has an auto memory saver and it saved from lag by spitting the item and not the boat itself. Still worked tho

spawned in a basalt delta and instantly got knocked down to lava by a magma cube...
