please do many more video's. These are much more helpful than reading the tutorial on NI website.

may you please tell me the parts that were used and what are the part numers so that I could pull up a datasheet for them. Was the deflector home built?

@NafElectronics Wow, thanks a alot. Are they faster than the cheapest NI DAQ for simple PID?

Do we need 6211 or any thing cheaper (i saw in NI's website, 6009 , for $150) works ?

@laskjdgx the DAQ itself is around 1300$ (in Europe), no wonder they dont say it aloud. Still struggling to find an alternative at a decent pricelevel.

Very good video. This helped me a lot. Thank you... Is there a training video for PID Auto tuning VI? If so, could you direct me in the right direction. Thanks.

Cool. Could use a little more integral gain and possibly some derivative

@femtophysiker a 7 month late reply... lol I believe your DAQ assistant can only generate up to 5V of power, since that is the most power your USB port can supply.

Is the Labview software available to download?

Excellent job: I have a question. I am learning labview by myself. What will happen if you do not change the PID values? I mean those output ranges which you changed to 5 V... if you leave 100, then will your PID generate 100V or? I am thankful for your reply.

@valordk There is now a much cheaper solution for DAQ: LabVIEW Interface for Arduino (LIFA) Toolkit. Atmega is not as accurate or fast but for a hobbyist it's all you need.
