It’s so easy if you get a grip of this video. You need to identify the pins to be removed then press the pin on the plastic tool from the side without a line on it and pick up from the other side. After do same for the extra bracelet, add the pin from the side with line. It’s easy as ABC if you understand my write up

My appologies. The instructions didn't tell me to push the pin out in the direction of the arrows. That works fine because one end is a split lock. Good directions in Long Island Watches video.

I watched a video connected to this one that was more informative with voice directions also. On the side of the bracelet that will be on your skin, there are little arrows stamped pointing in the direction that the pins move. I didn't even notice the arrows until I watched the video! It looks like they get pushed out from right to left.
