Fantastical. Everytbhing you create is wonderful. You make it all so "easy" just from the way you explain it all. You have the best teaching voice with added fun & humor. Your dubbed in sound effects are the best.. also when you hum Rawhide. the "yoots" won't get it. LOL.

Donna, I’m so happy I found you here on YT! I remember watching you on the Carol Duvall Show back in the day. I ended up in the town below hers and would see her at “art institute”gatherings where we were both members.

What a delight to find you on KZbin at least twenty five years after being introduced to you on the Carol Duvall Show. I now have a great granddaughter who is crafty and loves bling and beads. Until this day, the closest I have come to bead making has been paper bead making. She is around five years old. She is going to LOVE your tutorials! I want to provide her a way to make beads that can be done solitarily with a forward looking possibility for many years of beauty in her life. You are as diligent in what you do as you were on the show, but! I bet you are enjoying being able to take more than seven minutes for all you show.

You have always inspired me! I did polymer clay jewelry, years ago, probably before KZbin. I loved it and the it sold like crazy. I did everything by 3 books and finally had my aha moment, when it all clicked. I have taken years off, and have been doing epoxy resin projects. However, I recently came across your channel and low and behold, have started my collection of clay and supplies back. I will still do resin, as it is also fascinating. Clay isn't as messy as Epoxy Resin, and I have been wanting to start polymer clay again. You are a top notch artist. I love your tutorials. Thank you.

These are very pretty beads & u explain how to make them so well. Something that did make me pause is the huge waste of polymer black clay in the middle & it’d up the price to make & then sell. I’d try using the leftover older ugly mixes of polymer clay (even though they can be used to make great colours) or used older brands I don’t like for the centre. If u haven’t done a video on saving clay by using other ways & things for the middle it’d be a great idea. No shade meant. The bead caps are great & uv inspired me to get back to making things…liked & subbed :)

@DonnaKatoArt6 ай бұрын
Great question, Rosemary. Really good one, I find that, since the paint is not opaque, the metallic paint shows up more on black than on gold on gold, silver on silver, etc. I think the contrast of the black makes the metals pop. Give it a try and see if you agree! Big hug,s, D

Okay, kid. Now, curing. I should have covered this - I assumed it wasn’t necessary but I should have gone into detail. Place them in a bed if baking soda - just lay them on the powder. Then cure following the manufacturer’s instructions. You can use your home oven, that’s fine. Cheers! D
