Watching your videos make me believe that it is okay to slow down, it is okay to change your priorities, it is okay to feel low sometimes. We should atleast be true to ourselves, acknowledge our feelings and work on them in our own ways. And also, you both look so sweet together!

I don't usually comment much on videos, but this was such a beautiful reminder that I deserve the best in a relationship. I gave my ex permission to hurt me continuously and just say it's okay, when it really wasn't. I know better now and I hope to value myself enough from now on.

It's so important to set boundaries, especially when it comes to our romantic relationships. I am glad you were able to grow from that experience. Wishing you noting but the best of luck and continued success :)

This is exactly what I needed! I love how this video, although it was short, was so calming and gave value to me. Thanks Rowena for reminding us that there's more than one way to live life, and sometimes I spend so much time worrying when I know it will all be okay. I also like seeing bits and pieces of her personality throughout the video!

Letting go of frustrations that make you all tense inside, instant glow that cost zero dollars. I love this line. I loved watching this video. I am trying to be a bit more active when it comes to commenting on videos that have personally touched me. I love the fact that you as a couple are willing to sit down and discuss your goals together. 3 C's is so important. Communication, Compassion, and Compromise. I am also trying to find ways to get more creative with my videos and am experimenting a bit. The best of luck in all your endeavors

your videos are so calming. i was stressing out over my exams that start tomorrow and how im not being productive enough, and that has been making me spiral down into doing less and less. but this video is like breathing after being stuck in a stuffed car. its gonna be ok 😌

In a world that often glorifies busyness, soft and slow living is a rebellion of sorts. It's saying, "Hey, I value my peace, my well-being, and I'm not in a rush to prove anything to anyone, including myself."

Omg Rowena!!! I just came across your content and I feel so grateful ahhh I LOVE this video. Such inspiring tips here, definitely going to incorporate them into my life :)) So much of what you're sharing here reminds me Superhuman meditations that I started using recently after a friend showed it to me. It's a really cool concept - multi tasking meditations helping you tap in to your ultimate self and manifest your future. Sooo applicable to glowing up and living the life that you want starting right now. I love playing the getting ready ones in the morning aka habit stacking! Can't help but share b/c I feel like you'd love it haha :)) it's been a game changer for me! So excited to explore all of your content x

Hi Rowena, I usually love your videos and I enjoyed watching this one too especially the bit where you caught a footage of a child playing by themself in the playground but at the same time, something didn’t sit well with me and I realised what it was! It’s the fact that the child is playing by themself and it’s captured for the whole internet to see. It looks like he/she plays there regularly and the fact that there is lots of footage of the surrounding neighbourhood makes me feel uneasy. I wish we didn’t have to worry but you just never know who is watching! I would be much more comfortable watching this if it was replaced with some other footage with the same voice over perhaps!

Still life is a track of the INDIGO album. It is mutiple genres and collaborations. It really works as a whole but to get an idea of the spread you need to listen to CHANGE. ( acording to RM this was a drunken song he made and sent to the producer. They tried to re do it but nothing worked better than his origional. The next one is LONELY. This had me singing 'Im fucking lonely na honja seome'(alone on an island) around the house. Its so catchy. Take note my husband and I are both in our 60s and he never swears.😊

Okok yesss! I love it! Buuut. The fact that creativity is settled in the right half of your brain is actually a wrong myth. Neurosience already found out that we use a lot of different areas of our brain being creative you can't put it into the whole left and right box. I don't blame you its still stuck in a lot of peoples heads. But i truely looove everything else.your content is so wholesome!
