how do you change to add Program B C D ..... nothing happens when I press the Black Program Button

If the control box is linked to a smart device (phones, computers etc.) the program options may only be accessible through that device. Otherwise, pressing the Program button should change the letter in the top right corner under “prog”. It may only change once you have selected either “start time, run time, and how often”. Hope this helps!

Good eye! Yes, the battery was low in this particular control box.

@@AAquatrendIrrigation reason I noticed, working on a timer that has lost its programming. The battery Icon is blank. After replacing the 2032, icon is still blank, as a dead cell. I'm thinking there was a power outage and the keep alive circuit is not working. I've not seen a good explanation on the abcd programming.

@@emptech Yeah, the abcd functions are generally used for multiple activations. It's a little more technical and completely depends on every home owners landscape design and watering desires. This allows them to customize their watering schedules with more detail. A useful function but in our area we are restricted by watering bylaws which completely prevents us from benefiting from it.
