Thank you so much for the rigging demonstration! I grew up only crappie fishing with my dad, so I love learning how to go for bass. Especially on my home lake! This is exactly what will help boost your channel.

Dana: Thanks as always! Fun to watch you catch fish on your beautiful lake. I’m sitting at my kids overlooking Lake Lanier. Every time I see it I’m amazed at it’s beauty. The kids boat is still off line for winter, but I plan on shore fishing at Charleston Park tomorrow. I’m sure it will be crazy, but fun to watch people and boats. Be safe! God Bless!

Love your videos Dana. This week I’m trying out the ole jig and fluke. I’m a relocated south Florida fisherman. My favorite lure was a fluke and hook only. Up here I think I need to learn patience. Enough to let my lure get a bit deeper than I’m used to fishing. Thank you for all the great info you give. I started watching your videos a year ago, before I knew there was a city in Georgia named Gainesville. Now I live here and have to give you thanks because I’m not sure if I would have caught a fish without your tips. Thanks again.

No problem, thanks for watching! We will be catching them on a weightless fluke in another month or so. Stay tuned!

Another nice video, saw the jig and fluke rig, but did I miss the jig you were throwing, I’d be interested to see what it is to see if it’d work in this part of country, beautiful place you live!

Thanks! It is just your standard bass jig with a craw chunk trailer. It will work on any species of bass, regardless of location. I grew up in Nebraska, which I believe isn't far from you.

@@douglasspivey4932 I need to head up river again soon, but the non stop rain has the water all muddy. I've had some good days up there.

Do you know if the bass are still deep or are they more shallow?

I discuss it in the video. There are some fish that are shallow, more will follow as the water warms in the next couple weeks.
