So pretty! I’m finding my 18g rings gets deformed quite easily (from wear) even after some light hammering. should I try making them with 16g instead?

Yes, you can try 16g

I have found that even with 16g…they still get deformed. I feel like these type rings are only meant to last short time! Unfortunately. They are more like disposable rings.

Maybe your wire is too soft. You can use half hard wire to make it. I used 18g, it's strong enough.

I love this. Especially the adjustable part. However I noticed that you put the 28 gage wire around the adjustable parts. Is it still adjustable after the beads are fastened on? Heidi

It's not adjustable after fixed with 28g wire. It's more stable.

It’s great, but if you end wrap the stone wire at the end like you did, it will not be adjustable like you stated.
