@godderslfc As an MBA graduate myself, I absolutely agree with you. Having said that, there are many aspects covered in the MBA programs, ranging from Human relations, the Total person, Conflict management to the Dog eat dog strategy (the part I hate). It is up to the Manager to decide what strategy he uses. His character and conscience plays a major role.
