Simple Shoulder Exercises For Seniors (Fitter in 5 - 5-Mins) | More Life Health
Join me (Mike - Physiotherapist) for 5-minutes of shoulder exercises for seniors. These exercises are great for helping seniors to develop strong, healthy shoulders.
You can go through this routine two or three times, and it can also be completed standing.
This video goes for only 5-minutes, and it's great for those times you're having trouble with motivation, or you're short of time.

This is helpful for me. 2 years ago began pt for frozen right shoulder. It took a good 8-10 months. I've continued with continued specialized massage therapy which I've done til COVID this year. Seems I've had some recurrence and now also strained rotator cuff. Doctor says I'm doing all the right things but due to pain especially at night he gave me a course of prednisone which I completed. That really brought relief so far so good so as long as I continue with stretches, ice, heat, tylenol. I really appreciate your additional help thru your videos. My challenge is to NOT OVERDO in the arms and shoulder areas but get to keep them moving.

So, here's proof that these exercises are working in my favor: Went to the R.A. clinic yesterday and was asked to perform certain arm and leg movements... that I've been doing with your site... and was able to do them effectively. I attribute those acts to you! Thanks soooooo much! I'm sold!

OUTSTANDING STRETCHING VIDEO - I had lower back pain that orthopedic and chiropractors did little to help. After a week of your video back is best it’s been in years and my golf game is much improved. Thank you

I'm working on healing my shoulder. There is tightness and limited mobility after overworking and repetitive movements on my job as maintenance at Walmart. Thank you so much! These exercises are excellent in improving mobility and building/maintaining strength.

I know I can repeat these a few times but should one take the day off tomorrow and repeat the 3rd day? Maybe pick a core or lower body routine for the other days? Thank you again. These exercises are a God-send. Easy but effective.

Thank you Mike! If one arm can go all the way up and the other only 45 degrees should I do the exercises at 45 degrees for both or to the level each arm can go?

Go to the level each arm can go RCB, provided there is no pain (for both arms)

Hi my neck back shoulders hurt.alot..5 falla.and hamstring issue too.im 63 now.not doing so good.nerve issues too.

I worked in .PT. You exercises are very good. These are for seniors and you are moving too fast for most beginning seniors to keep up. IMHO.

On the first exercise, I have pain when I go past 90°. All the others I can go all the way up. So it’s that first angle that hurts
