Marinated Carrots
2 lbs carrots(5-6 cups)
3/4 c vinegar
1/2 c oil
1 cup sugar
1 can undiluted tomato bisque soup
1 pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. pepper
Boil carrots till tender (baby carrots or regular carrots cut in coins)
Mix the rest of the ingredients and boil for about 5-10 minutes
Pour sauce over carrots, cover and refrigerated overnight.
Serve hot or cold. I like them cold
